Foursome shows hand in Lincoln Park deals

Sometimes it takes one to sell one.

That might be why Century 21 Investors, 900 W. Armitage inLincoln Park, is doing well selling real estate to youngprofessionals. Some of its best sales agents are two sets ofbrothers who work as a foursome and have the yuppie line down pat.

"Chicago is our chess board and its buildings are its chesspieces," said Kevin Mudd, 25. "We all want to be like Donald Trumpand win the game."

Added Mudd's brother, 28-year-old Chuck, "Communications andexpedience are the keys. The four of us are the only ones in anoffice of 34 who have car phones and beepers."
