Vic: Chemical giant in asbestos safety question
Worksafe Victoria is investigating chemical giant Orica over allegations it smuggledQueensland workers onto Victorian sites over Christmas.
The workers were allegedly brought in to fit asbestos gaskets banned under VictoriaTrades Hall Council's building policy.
Worksafe says there are fears the company may have breached its obligations under workplacehealth and safety laws and Victoria's asbestos regulations.
